Warriors was originally created by Erin Hunter. Katie7Flubber created Warriors Returned, a book series similar to Erin Hunter's Warriors. All terms [ex. twoleg, ShadowClan, herbs, etc.] were created by Erin Hunter.

Lurking Dangers, Chapter 5

Ravenpaw

Ravenpaw woke into darkness and loud pounding in her ears. Her vision clearing, she could see that she was in a cave with a small waterfall and tiny river. As her eyes adjusted more, she realized she wasn't alone.
Darkshadow stood over her with the mysterious old, black cat in the corner. None of them made a sound. Ravenpaw guessed she should be the first to speak. "Where are we and why are we here?" she demanded.
"Welcome to the tunnels" the old black cat grinned. "I'm Breeze." he chuckled.
Darkshadow came up to Ravenpaw, grinning. "I brought you here. Breeze knows some herbs and things.. and I fought off ThunderClan. We can't go to the Clan, anyways. Patchpaw is in terrible condition, and we don't want ill, old Rockfall getting you sick, too, do we?" Ravenpaw just looked at him, puzzled. There was a little hole in the back of the medicine den that led into a small hollow. The cats that were ill stayed there, far away from those who were injured.
"And we don't want the little helper cat to make you worse, do we?" Darkshadow went on. Did he mean Whitepaw? "He's planning to kill Patchpaw. She's useless. He wants to be strong. Redpaw has his weak fang. Patchpaw is strong, but small. That's why he wants to be the strongest of his siblings. Yet he is looking for power over the apprentices, too. We would have brought Patchpaw here, but she was too fast." He looked down and sighed. "She might not live very well through this moment."
Ravenpaw had seen Breeze and Darkshadow talking to Whitepaw a few moons ago. Breeze was the only one who saw her and Redpaw that day. Breeze was setting this up. They were telling Whitepaw to do a terrible thing. Yet Darkshadow doesn't know that Ravenpaw heard them. So in all, Breeze was setting them all up. Not just the Clan, but also Darkshadow. He would have thought that Redpaw and Ravenpaw would have told Bravestar about Darkshadow. Ravenpaw looked at her wounded shoulder and saw that things were smeared around it in a messy way. "If I'm healed, may we go back to the Clan? All your reasons to not go was because of the medicine den." she mewed.
"Alright" Darkshadow said and raced into an opening. Quick to follow, Breeze dashed after him, leaving Ravenpaw to speed up. As they raced through, all Ravenpaw could see was cold rock. Finally she burst into an unfamiliar world. Looking around, she saw big oak trees. Then she remembered about the elders' stories. The tunnel openings were only in ThunderClan and WindClan. Ravenpaw was sure that they weren't on the moor, so they must be in ThunderClan territory.
"Ravenpaw! Run! Go to ShadowClan!" Darkshadow shouted. Ravenpaw dashed through the forest, dodging pine trees and bramble bushes. Almost tripping over sticks on her race to her territory, she found herself in front of a river. The river that was the border between the two Clans. Ravenpaw had never swam before. She had to get across. It was the only way.
Jumping in, cold water splashed over her muzzle. She hit sharp rocks and pebbles. Ravenpaw poked her black muzzle above the surface and breathed in just before she went under again. Paddling and splashing, she saw another figure jump in towards her. It grabbed her scruff and dragged her to the surface. Then she realized it was her father once they got on land. "Brambleswipe.." she sighed. Nightwing was there too. They cuddled next to her to warm her up. "Aren't you going to get mad that I went missing?" Ravenpaw mewed.
"No.. we want to know where you were." Brambleswipe answered. Ravenpaw took in a deep breath, then told the ShadowClan deputy and her mother what had happened and about the lies Darkshadow has been telling.
